Steps for usuage

• Open the product package and check whether the parts of the product are complete; Connect one end of the belows of the breathing exerciser to the breathing exerciser and the other end to the mouthpiece
• A. Breath Exercise
• Rotate the breath training valve (A) on the top of the product to achieve the desired air resistance;
• The scale 0-8 on the breath training valve adjusts the difficulty of the training device;
• Exhale while holding the mouthpiece, and judge whether the desired expiratory volume is reached by observing the rise of the small balls in the three cylinders: the marked flow rate on the cylinder is the reference value.
• B. Inspiration Training
• Rotate the breath training valve (D) at the bottom of the product to achieve the desired air resistance;
• The scale on the inhalation training valve is 0-4, representing the difficulty of training;
• Hold the mouthpiece to inhale, and judge whether the desired inhalation volume is reached by observing the rise of the small balls in the three cylinders; the marked flow rate on the cylinder is the reference value.
